Today's students believe that a cyberspace university is just as effective as a brick and mortar institution. Universities see opportunity for vast profits by reducing the infrastructure and the number of staff required to rake in the big tuition revenues. Third world students will flood market with sub-standard diplomas.

Okay, I'm NOT an English major by any stretch of the imagination, so I might get these wrong, but this is how I would answer them...

1.A – Because the subject (The book) is what is being acted upon (was written)
2.B – Because the subject (I) is performing the action (knocked)
3.B – Passive
4.C – ((but I’m not sure!))
5.B
6.A
7.B - ‘Drove’ tells how exactly John got to work.
8.D - ‘will give an explanation’ could more directly and concisely be ‘will explain’
9.I’m not quite sure, having not read the lesson, but would go with B
10. C
11. Again, having not read the lesson, but I would say ‘False’, as technical documents are best left concise.
12.A - Hispanic is more politically correct than ‘Mexican’
13.B – (depending on how you’ve been taught) ‘Officer’ is gender neutral, and therefore not PC

You have misunderstood the concept of "homework help." It does not mean that someone else does your homework for you. It means that you do your homework, and if you have questions about it, you ask them, and you can post your answers for checking, but it is absurd to ask anyone to do the whole assignment for you. You would learn nothing at all from it, and thus it would be an exercise in futility. Apparently you should start by looking up definitions of active and passive voice.

HAHAHAHAHA - you have to be joking - who on earth do you expect to read all this, and take a deal of time to answer your coursework questions for you?
2nd point - if we do this for you (and it is seriously easy, so no idea why you are even asking for help unless you are VERY LAZY) - if we do this for you, then you have learned NOTHING from it.
3rd point - what is in it for us? you are clearly unable to contribute anything positive to any question or debate, if you cannot figure out this stuff for yourself.
4th point - if you think you can go through life and just copy & paste other peoples work, then you are in for a very nasty shock. Plagiarism (look it up on dictionary.com) is very easy to detect, and is always punished with great enthusiasm.

I was in the full blown diploma program and I know exactly what you're going through! I wanted AP Econ, IB Bio 2, IB Math, IB Spanish, IB TOK and IB English. . Due to scheduling conflicts with TOK, I was not able to take AP Econ but instead, I took IB Music. I checked for any solution but IBO doesn't offer an online course or summer course and schools do not operate TOK online or during the summer and colleges don't even have an IB program. You should see your school scheduler and ask if there is another class you can take to meet the criteria for your IB diploma and to fit the required TOK course. The IB program is quite flexible and I didn't do the History of Europe or History of the Americas. Instead, I did IB Anthro. I hope they can give you as many courses as you want but conflicts happen to everyone! I wanted IB chemistry but there was a conflict with IB Anthro. and I ended up with the IB Biology. So keep your hopes up! (P.S, I went to Mira Loma high school which is also operated out of a public school)

The school I went to (Columbus State in OH http://www.cscc.edu/VetTech/index.htm) offered some courses online, but not all.
They also offered night classes and seemed to be flexible.

I would think with any credible school (MAKE SURE THAT IT'S AVMA ACCREDITED) would require you to do at least some in class work. You have to do a lot of hands-on things to get a decent education in this field (ie blood draws, dental cleanings, taking x-rays, etc.) Its not all book work.

My school also required us to complete 20 weeks of internships. 30hrs/week. I think the night students had it split up more, like 15hrs/week but for a longer period of time.

Hope that helps!

Yes, it will matter to employers if it is on-line accredited etc. etc. Currently there are many non-accredited colleges, offering inadequate education. Find a bricks/mortar college....some classes you can take on-line. Do not waste your time on something that will get you no place. (college prof/ retired IBMer)

I am not sure if this will help you, but there is a distance program to be a Specialist in Blood Bank (SBB) run by the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center in Texas. This program prepares students to sit for the ASCP SBB exam as well as the physician exam.
