  3. I am currently a junior at Upper Iowa University. I love it and highly recommended it to anyone! The courses are 8 week terms and you only need to take 2 courses per term to be considered full-time for financial aid etc. Check it out at http://www.uiu.edu

  7. You must go to a traditional classroom to complete your Nursing degree because of the hands on training. Once you obtain your degree than you could take additional courses online for career advancement.

  8. UoP is accredited, so they will take your degree. But I've heard that credits are hard to transfer from UoP. This will only apply if you don't earn a degree, where they try to apply the classes you took to classes they offer. But that isn't even an issue if you have an associates.

  9. This is not a serious question, right? Would you allow your self or your children to be diagnosed and treated by someone who was trained online?

Why don't you read through the curriculum of a few PA programs and try to imagine how many of the parts it would be possible to teach online and how many parts involve touching patients under the guidance of a physician.

  15. I agree with everything N.M. said, and he said it better than I could have. This site has some good info on regionally accredited online bachelors degree programs and some colleges for you to consider.

I would definitely recommend contacting a number of schools to find the best fit for you and your needs. I would be sure to ask about tuition, schedule requirements and professor interaction which is very important for grad school recommendations as N.M. highlighted. Good luck!
