My best recommendation would be to contact a number of colleges to find the best fit for you and your needs (tuition, schedule, career opportunities, etc.). Too often people enroll in the first school they find rather than taking the time to find the best school for them. Taking that time now could save you a lot of time, money and frustration if you choose the wrong school.

Any major university should be able to help you with this, you just need to decide where you want to go. When you apply to the university, you will need to submit all transcripts from other places to see what can get transferred. That's great that you have two associates degrees, and that should pretty much get you clear of 1st and 2nd year of a bachelor's, depending on the classes that you took and how they would apply to the major you choose. It's also good that you have some additional college credits; I hope they are 3rd or 4th year major classes – this will help. I seriously doubt that you will wind up with enough transfer credits to get you down to only 30 hours or so, plus most universities will have a minimum number of hours you must take at that university for them to be able to award you a degree – but this could be around the 30 to 45 credit hour mark.
Seriously, contact some advisors at the major universities closest to you. They should be able to help you and probably even guide you to a major that all your credits would apply to.

While several such programs (see Columbia, e.g.) offer individual courses online, I don't think that any currently offer degrees that way. Furthermore, if you could find a program that would do this, the entrance requirements would have to be the same as those of the traditional university to avoid diluting the school's reputation, so unless you have a near-perfect high school GPA and SAT score, you wouldn't be able to get in.
I can sympathize, however, with your concerns with the U. of P. There may very well be a middle ground out there – a recognized, but not elite, school, that does offer such a program online. You might want to look at some of the state universities in more remote locations, which have used online programs as a way of maintaining enrollments despite less than perfect physical locations.

My background: I have taken online courses (through a UC and a community college), and I teach at a community college and half of my courses are offered online. In answer to your questions:
1) Accreditation: Yes, it means something–big time. If one goes to an unaccredited school, the units won't transfer; the degree is simply an expensive piece of paper; public funding is not available; the units earned will not count toward licensure or certification, as required in some fields; and the minimum standards necessary for what is considered a "quality" education have not been met. 2) Online education: Just as or sometimes more rigorous than traditional brick-and-mortar courses, so long as they are offered at an accredited institution. At my college, the research department found that the students who select online courses are the better students in the institution (earning higher grades) in BOTH the courses they take on campus and the courses they take online. In other words, the students choosing to take online classes are the ones who, in the traditional class, tend to set the curve
I think this is because the online courses require more discipline, and thus, a higher level of commitment and perseverance, so those students with those qualities select the online challenge. But I digress.
3) Fortune 500 company: No, I do not work for a Fortune 500 company; however, given the competitive nature of those businesses and the demanding nature of the online learning environment, I can see how those compliment one another.

When you get your degree it will not state that you got it online. I know alot of universities such as Arizona State University (History), Kansas State University(Education), and Northern Arizona University (over 20 different degrees) that offer degrees solely online. If you are looking for a university, might I suggest Northern Arizona University. Their online degree programs are just like the ones on campus, you follow the same degree checksheets, have the same instructors, and reep the same benefits without having to go to class. No one will have to know that you got you degree online.

Yes,there are many better choices than UoP. If you are interested I would advise you to visit Degree Discussion (http://www.degreediscussion.com/forums/) there are lots of people there who can help you. There is a lot of bad things being said about UoP and the way it operates. There are cheaper and more reasonable Online Marketing programs.

There are plenty more..that are at least as "affordable" as UoP, One thing to make sure is that all Colleges and Universities you consider are Regionally Accredited (if In the USA). You may or may not choose to go for Professional Accreditation(AACSB) but that is more about choice then acceptability(please note the only Professionally Accredited school I listed was the University of North Alabama and they are not accredited by AACSB by the lesser known ACBSP.) I would really recommend the Degree Discussion message board, a lot of people who have vast distance learning(DL) experience.
Your best bet is to go to a state school that offers online classes. The other schools that advertise as being an online school are usually more expensive and your degree may not be worth anything.
